Course - Rules of Play
RULES OF PLAY
- R.C.G.A. Rules govern all play, except when modified by local rules.
- FREE RELIEF- for interference with stance or swing - marked or staked trees, flower bed areas, nurseries, drain covers, drainage ditch, buildings, course fixtures (ball washers, benches, ect) cart paths, sprinkler heads, control boxes, 150-yeard hoopsii spruce trees, and fairway yardage markers. Drop within one club length from nearest point of relief, no closer to the hole.
- FREE RELIEF- ball lying within stked area (including hedge and adjacent cart path) to right of Heritage #7 green. Drop within one club length from nearest point of relief, NO CLOSER TO THE HOLE, between the cart path and Heritage #7 green. The remainder of the cart path is an obstruction and normalrelief rules apply.
- Mountainview #'s 1,5,6 - The lateral Water Hazard markers on the left side are abutted against the out of bounds stakes. All the area from the water to the OB boundary is part of the hazard.
- STONES IN BUNKER- are removable obstructions and Rule 24-1 applies.
ETIQUETTE
- Remember the 3 R's - Repair Ball Marks; Replace Divots; Rake Bunkers.
- Pace of Play - All players are requested to maintain the pace of play and adhere to 'Ready Golf' and 'Continuous Putting' - 4 hours.
- Power Cars - Please stay on paths, 30 ft. from all greens and outside roped ares.
- Dress Code - Proper dress will be enforced at all times.
- Course maintenance staff have the right of way at all times.
- Golfers are liable for damages done from out of bounds shots. Entering homeowner's property surrounding golf course is considered trespassing and is prohibited.
- NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MAY BE BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMISES (as per Alberta Liquor and Gaming commission).
- Persons using these premises do so at their own risk.
